Installing the Built Lien Waiver & Payment integration

The Built Lien Waiver Management & Payments for Procore App connects your Procore account with Built, enabling you to generate, send, and manage lien waivers and payments directly within Procore.

Installation Notes

• Administrator Access Required: Installation must be completed by someone with admin access to your company’s Procore account.
• Login to Built: After installation, ensure you’re logged into your Built account at https://id.getbuilt.com.
• Need Help? Contact Built Support if you encounter any issues during setup.

1. In your Built account, click the ⚙️ gear icon (Settings) in the top menu bar.
2. Select the Integrations tab in the left sidebar.
3. Under the Procore Integration box, click Install.
4. Click the blue Download from Chrome Web Store button, then:
   • Click Add to Chrome.
   • Click Add Extension in the confirmation popup.
5. Once installed, go to your Procore account → App Management.
6. Click Install Custom App and follow Procore’s installation guide.
7. When prompted for the App ID, enter e67b3fc5-a174-4bf9-8984-9805b498ce9c.
8. Complete the authorization process in Procore.
9. ✅ You’ve successfully installed the Built Lien Waiver & Payment Integration for Procore! Continue to the next lesson to start creating lien waivers.

1. Ask your Procore administrator to go to the App Management section in Procore.
2. Click Install Custom App and follow Procore’s installation guide.
3. When prompted for the App ID, use:

4. Complete authorization in Procore.
5. Once installed, log into Procore and open any Commitment Invoice to see the new Create Built Payable button.
