Today I am thrilled to announce Built’s newest partnership and integration with Ellie Mae’s Encompass all-in-one mortgage management solution. This summer, Encompass users will gain the ability to seamlessly manage their construction and renovation loans post-closing via Built’s draw management automation software – making these loans way more simple and way less risky.
This is one of several highly strategic integrations we have been working on at Built in an effort to help move an underserved area of the industry forward. Now construction loans can finally be securely managed online, and off of spreadsheets and paper files for good. Built even transforms the experience for borrowers, builders and draw inspectors by bringing them into the process and providing real-time transparency into what’s going on.
