Optimized Implementation
The Optimized Implementation package combines Built best practice project plans with a selection of additional services aimed at maximizing system usage.
- One-way Core connectivity and In-process Loan Portfolio Onboarding included.
- Client-specific Builder and Borrower trainings included.
- Builders, Borrowers, and Inspectors can attend Built Community trainings at no cost.
- Performance metrics are provided post go-live: 5 day, 15 day, 30 day, 60 day.
- A designated Built Customer Success Manager assists with continued support needs. Quarterly check-in calls to ensure ongoing success are included.
- Additional API Integration, In-process Budget Portfolio Onboarding, Single Sign-On, and Branded Log-in upgrade options available.

Enterprise Implementation
The Enterprise implementation package is the highest level of service provided by Built.

with more than 1,000 active loans.
Built leads clients through a detailed implementation process that includes process mappings, core connections, portfolio conversions, onsite trainings and go-live support.
- One-way Core connectivity and In-process Loan Portfolio Onboarding included.
- In-process Budget Portfolio Onboarding exportable into Excel formats included.
- 4 total days of onsite support provided. Built is onsite for project planning and solutioning, hands on training, and go-live support.
- 3 Client specific Builder/Borrower and 2 Inspector trainings are hosted by Built. Built “how-to” videos are recorded for distribution at the client’s discretion. Builders, Borrowers, and Inspectors can attend Built Community trainings at no cost.
- Performance metrics are provided post go-live: 5 day, 15 day, 30 day, 60 day.
- Built Insights Premium, real-time portfolio management and data platform included. Single Sign-On is also standard with Enterprise Implementations.
- A designated Built Customer Success Manager assists with continued support needs. Quarterly check-in calls to ensure ongoing success are included.
