Any PDF offering memorandum — multifamily, industrial, office, retail, mixed-use, and portfolio OMs. Upload up to 5 PDFs at a time, 25 MB each, or forward them directly from email.

How accurate is the AI extraction?

Field-level accuracy averages 96% across asset types. Every field includes a confidence score — low-confidence values and missing required fields are flagged for human review, with the source passage highlighted in the PDF.

Does the extracted data flow into our existing underwriting?

Yes. Extracted deals land in Built Portfolio with properties, financials, and funding sources populated. From there they flow into your underwriting, draw management, and downstream workflows — and can be exported to Excel at any point.

How long does implementation take?
