Rod Heisler Construction Streamlines Payments with Built

The Rod Heisler Construction (RHC) team has managed complex projects, from residential buildings to office spaces, since 2014. As their portfolio grew, the team knew they needed a more efficient way to pay trade partners. 

Tony Stewart, Contracts Administrator at Rod Heisler Construction, turned to Built and streamlined the payment process. Now, the process is seamless from start to finish – subs submit invoices, Built prompts them to sign conditional waivers, and the RHC team securely sends funds and collects unconditional waivers. 

Standardized processes mean subs get paid faster, and Tony gets time back in his day. “Built has sped up my day-to-day operations immensely,” says Tony.
