There hasn't been a day that I've been working at Built that I haven't learned something. From day one with new hire onboarding to over a year in and learning new aspects of the industry or new product features we are launching. It's not just upgrades we rinse and repeat. You are pushed and challenged to be a better version of yourself everyday by showing up at Built.
Everyone genuinely cares about my development and the development of other new hires which is a very refreshing environment to be in. Leaders are more than happy to let me take an hour of their time to talk about different lines of credit/other very specific industry knowledge.
