The “Built to Move Money Sweepstakes” Promotion (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on October 15, 2025 at 12:01 AM CT and ends on November 24, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT (the “Promotion Period”).

1. Agreement to Official Rules. By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, you accept and agree to be bound by these “Official Rules.”
2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of New York), eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment or other coordinating agencies, individuals providing services to Sponsor through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Promotion Period, and their respective immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are also not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
3. How to Enter. You may enter the Sweepstakes in the following ways:
   1. Via Signup to the Built Lien Waiver Management Program. During the Promotion Period, sign up for the Built Lien Waiver Management (“LWM”) with your Built account to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
      To participate via this method of entry, if you don’t already have a Built account, you will need to create a Built account by visiting the website located at https://getbuilt.com/built-to-move-money/ and following the instructions to receive an invitation email to create a Built account. You can then follow the instructions in that email to create a Built account, verify your business for LWM (if not already done), and sign up for LWM, subject to the requirements (including verification process) of LWM.
      By creating a Built account and signing up for LWM, you agree to the Built Terms of Service (and any other terms applicable to LWM) and acknowledge the Built Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you cannot create an account and will be ineligible to receive a prize.
   2. Via Virtual Live Demonstration of Built Construction Financials or Lien Waivers, Compliance and Payments. During the Promotion Period, request and complete a live virtual demo of either (i) Built Construction Financials or (ii) Built Lien Waivers, Compliance and Payments to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
      To participate via this method of entry, visit the Sweepstakes page located at https://getbuilt.com/built-to-move-money/ and click the applicable demo-request link, then follow the on-screen instructions to submit the required contact information, schedule a live virtual demo with a Built representative, and attend and participate in that demo through completion (as reasonably determined by Sponsor). Demos must be requested and completed during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Pre-recorded/on-demand product overviews and incomplete or no-show appointments do not qualify. No purchase, subscription, payment, or creation of a Built account is required to request or complete a demo. Availability of demo dates/times is not guaranteed and is subject to change in Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor’s records and time-stamps are the official records for determining eligibility and completion.
   3. Entry by Mail: To enter by mail without obligation, hand write on the front of a 3×5 card your name, address, city, state, zip, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth. Insert single card in an envelope and mail with sufficient postage to: “Built to Move Money Sweepstakes” Promotion, Built Technologies, Inc., 635 Grassmere Park, Nashville, TN 37211. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 17, 2025 and be received by November 23, 2025. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for the mail-in entry received as stated above. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
      A winner that entered via mail will be required to create a new Built account and agree to the Built Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy, to receive their prize.  If you do not create a new Built account within the timeframe indicated by Sponsor, you will be ineligible to receive a prize.
   4. Bonus Entries. After completing at least one of the base entry methods set forth above, entrants can by receive bonus entries as follows:
      1. One (1) bonus entry by completing a “Fast Lane” demo at the Built stand at one of the following conferences, which Built will be at, during the Promotion Period: Procore Groundbreak 2025, CREtech New York 2025, and AHF Live Summit 2025. You may receive a maximum of three (3) bonus entries through this method, one at each named conference.
      2. One (1) bonus entry by creating your first payable in LWM during the Promotion Period. You may complete this by following the instructions to create your first payable in your LWM portal. You may receive a maximum of one (1) bonus entries through this method.
      3. One (1) bonus entry by sending a lien waiver in exchange for payment utilizing LWM during the Promotion Period. You may complete this by following the instructions to send a lien waiver in your LWM portal. You may receive a maximum of one (1) bonus entries through this method.

   Limit of up to eight (8) entries in total (three (3) standard entries and up to five (5) Bonus Entries) per person, household and/or email address is permitted, regardless of method of entry. Entrants submitting multiple entries or violating any of these Official Rules will be disqualified. Proof of submission of an entry does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt.

   Note: To claim a prize in this Sweepstakes, the potential winner will be required to create a Built account and sign up for LWM or complete a virtual live demo of Built Construction Financials or Built Lien Wavers, Compliance, and Payments.  Creating an account will require the collection of personal information and other information for verification purposes.  Potential winners that do not create a Built account and complete the requirements above, or if their Built account and/or participation in LWM or a virtual live demo is not approved by Sponsor, will be automatically disqualified. ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING.  A POTENTIAL WINNER IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL THAT POTENTIAL WINNER’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS TO CLAIM A PRIZE HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND FULFILLED, AND THE POTENTIAL WINNER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

4. Prize Drawing: All Sweepstakes entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into the prize drawing, to be held on or around November 30, 2025. The drawing will be conducted either by independent persons or a computer program that randomly chooses the winner, from all eligible entries received and the random selection is final and binding. Sponsor’s clock will be the official clock for the Promotion Period. The order in which potential winners are selected via the random drawing will determine their place and the prize amount to be awarded as set forth in Section 5 (Prizes and Odds), e.g. the first entry drawn will be the “grand prize” winner and so on.
5. Prizes and Odds: The prize to be awarded from the Sweepstakes is as follows (each, a “Prize”):
   1. One (1) First Place Prize, consisting of one of the following options to be chosen at winner’s discretion:
      1. one (1) Ford full-size truck, the details of which (including model) to be determined by Sponsor and is subject to availability based on the Winner’s location, approximate retail value (“ARV”) $52,000 (US), or
      2. $52,000 USD cash.

   The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received. No cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole option of Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, that apply to prizes.

   Total value of all prizes to be awarded: $52,000 USD.

   The odds of winning a prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received. All prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution of prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor for a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, that apply to prizes. You agree to provide Sponsor with any additional information and complete any required tax or other forms relating to your receipt of a prize.

   Vehicle color, options and accessories to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The winner must have and provide a valid Driver’s License, provide proof of existing Vehicle Insurance Coverage (Comprehensive or Liability) at time of delivery, and fulfill any other requirements requested by Sponsor. Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable registration, license, title and insurance fees, all taxes (federal, state, local, municipal, sales and/or income) and any expenses not listed herein related to the acceptance and use of the Prize. Sponsor does not make, nor is Sponsor in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize, including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition; the only representation/warranty/guarantee that may be provided, if any, are those of the manufacturer and/or dealer. Winner must accept delivery of the vehicle or pick up the vehicle within five (5) days of notification that the vehicle is ready. Winner is solely required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to licensing and insurance requirements. The Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the vehicle after it has been delivered. The depiction of the vehicle in any advertising or promotional materials or physical display may not reflect the actual vehicle onsite at the time the Prize is awarded. The value of the Grand Prize is taxable as income. The Prize is not transferable prior to award.

6. Notification of Winners. The potential winner will be notified by email and will be required to respond to such email within 48 hours of date/time email was sent by Sponsor. The potential winner must also sign and return any required affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within five (5) days of notification. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails (e.g., resulting from any form of active or passive filtering by an email client or for insufficient space in an email account to receive an email). If a selected potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond to the email in the time allotted and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, their prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries. Potential winners that entered the Sweepstakes by mail that do not create a new Built account timely (if they do not already have a Built account) will forfeit the prize.  Winners must have an active Built account at the time of awarding the prize. Prizes will be fulfilled within approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks of winner verification. Upon prize forfeiture or inability to use a prize or portion thereof, no compensation will be given, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to that entrant. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account specified in the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability.
   1. Sponsor is not responsible for (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, garbled, misdirected or undeliverable entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by email or postal mail or otherwise; (ii) theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; or (iii) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties or any technical hardware or software failures of any kind, which may limit a person’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes.
   2. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification. You agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors and agents, including any cities, venue and event agencies, event organizers, advertising and promotion agencies, and assigns, and any other organizations related to the Sweepstakes (which may include, without limitation: Procore, Houston First Corporation, the City of Houston, Questex LLC, the City of Chicago, CREtech, Javits Center, and the New York City), harmless, from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, (i) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.
9. Publicity. Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, you consent to the use of your name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, entry and statements attributed to you (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes, including without limitation, inclusion in Sponsor’s newsletters, homepages located at https://getbuilt.com/ and those of our partners and our social media channels, without additional compensation.
10. Additional Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, if in Sponsor’s opinion (a) the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of the occurrence of any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications,  equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, or any federal, state, local or provincial government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, or (b) any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, in all instances without liability to the entrants. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
11. Governing Law and Choice of Forum. These Official Rules are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules must be brought in either the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
12. Personal Information. Sponsor may collect personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policies and as may be more specifically set forth in these Official Rules. Please review these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can respectively be found at https://getbuilt.com/privacy-policy/.
13. Winners List. For the names of all prize winners, send an email message to [email protected] with “Winners – “Built to Move Money Sweepstakes Promotion” as the email subject and Winners – “Built to Move Money Sweepstakes Promotion” specified in the body of the email. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the end of the Promotion Period. The winners list will be available after all winners have been verified.
