- Jon Jackson joins Built as Support Manager with more than 15 years’ experience managing customer and technical support teams across a variety of industries. Jon is dedicated to providing best-in-class support for Built’s clients and will serve lenders, inspectors, borrowers and builders using the platform for construction loan administration.
