NASHVILLE, Tenn.– August 12, 2022 — Built Technologies (Built), the fastest-growing construction finance platform in the U.S., today announced the additions of Sri Mikkilineni and Kate Manahan to its leadership team. Together, they bring extensive experience in product and talent strategy to Built, where they will drive expansion and cultural growth.
Sri Mikkilineni joins Built as the company’s new Director of Product, based in New York City. With more 14 years experience, including seven in the insurance industry, Sri will drive the vision and strategy to introduce and embed insurance products and services within the Built platform. Previously, Sri served as Director of Digital Product at Arch Insurance Group. In that role, she led the product strategy and execution of initiatives to expand market footprint, build platforms that facilitated speed to market, and enable multi-channel distribution of various insurance products. She also spent seven years at Sapient, where she led the effort to build complex modeling solutions leveraged by financial institutions. Sri holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Science from Utah State University.
With more than 12 years of experience in Human Resources, Kate Manahan joins Built as Vice President of People & Culture. She will focus on cultivating the company’s growing workforce and using company trends to strategically position the company for growth. She will work to continually prioritize talent retention and employee empowerment. Previously Kate served as Head of Reward and Talent Enablement at Bridgewater Associates, where she was responsible for the multi-year redesign of Bridgewater’s suite of benefits to increase and support talent retention, equity, and inclusion.She also led Bridgewater’s first ever strategic DEI initiative and co-founded their internal Women’s Affinity Network. Kate sits on the Board of Directors at Five Frogs, Inc., where she is working to advance diversity and representation initiatives and recently completed a year-long Fellowship with the Atlantic Council’s Millennium Leadership Program. She graduated from Boston College with a BA in Economics and Communications.
