Kara Parkey Tapped To Manage Growth Partnerships
Built Technologies, the leading construction loan administration and draw management platform, announced today the promotion of Kara Parkey as Strategic Alliances Manager. Kara will lead Built’s growth initiatives with industry partners to scale the adoption of modern technologies in construction loan administration.
Kara Parkey joined Built in Sales Operations, having previously served at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). She holds a Masters degree from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant. “Kara’s background combined with her proven track record of creating win-win industry partnerships will help us deliver what construction lenders really want in technology – integrated solutions that make construction lending easier and more profitable”, said Chase Gilbert, Founder and President of Built.
Built’s platform for construction lending is receiving significant attention. In the last year, it was named to the HW Tech100, honored with NTC’s Growth State Company of the Year and American Banker’s FinTech Forward Company To Watch. Adoption is also skyrocketing, with the platform in production by leading construction lenders to manage nearly $3 billion in processed loans and more than 5,000 active construction loans per month.
“Strategic alliances are critical for successful technologies to scale adoption quickly”, said Kara Parkey. “Partnerships are an inherent part of the culture here and Built’s partnership network is already growing quickly. I’m excited to collaborate with all of our industry partners to solve the biggest challenges for everyone involved in construction loan administration.”
