SMS Terms of Service

Program. Built Technologies, Inc. (“Built”) offers an SMS messaging program for job applicants and candidates. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Built related to your job application, including application status updates, interview scheduling, and other recruiting-related communications.

Opt-In. You may opt in to Built’s recruiting SMS program by providing your mobile phone number and affirmative consent through our online job application or career site. Opting in to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of employment or of consideration for any position with Built.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your stage in the recruiting process. You will not receive more than 10 messages per month.

Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Built does not charge for text messages, but your wireless carrier’s standard messaging rates may apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling (800) 655-8138. Your opt-out will be processed within 10 business days.

Carriers. Built’s SMS program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Your privacy is important to us. We will not share or sell your mobile information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
