Carnell Elliott Senior Vice President of Sales

Carnell Elliott currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Built, a position he has held since January 2024. In his role, Elliott oversees all sales functions across the company’s lender, owner, and contractor segments and is focused on propelling digital adoption and driving outsized business growth.

Prior to Built, Carnell held leadership positions in the healthcare sector at Optum and Change Healthcare. Before he entered the healthcare industry, Carnell led high-performing sales teams at Dell. While at Dell, Carnell led a 200-person sales team at Dell, exceeding targets and growing revenue by double digits. They restructured sales models, built a diverse team, and spearheaded recruiting efforts. Carnell also managed a $300+ million P&L and consistently exceeded sales targets.

Throughout his career, Carnell has demonstrated a strong ability to lead, develop, and motivate sales teams, as well as an aptitude for understanding complex markets and developing innovative sales strategies. 

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Public Administration/Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University. He is passionate about community,  serving on multiple non profit boards in the Greater Nashville area where he makes his home with his wife Tiffanie and two kids , Beckham and Ashlyn.
