Enhanced Payment Options for Subcontractors

Subcontractors invited to receive payment in exchange of Lien Waivers can now seamlessly link their bank accounts to Built in a single step. Within the Built interface, subcontractors can conveniently add multiple bank accounts by entering their account name, routing number, and account number. Data storage adheres to industry-standard security protocols to ensure the safety of your information.

Built now provides subcontractors with two convenient methods to connect their bank accounts. They can either add their bank account details directly within Built or opt for a secure sign-in process through their bank using our trusted partner, Plaid. This update introduces the following new features:

  1. Multiple Bank Account Addition: Subcontractors can add multiple bank accounts by providing routing and account numbers.
  2. Simplified Setup: Setting up a new bank account requires only the account name, routing number, and account number.
  3. Routing Number Validation: The routing number is automatically validated in real-time when entered during the account setup process
  4. Immediate Payment Assignment: Newly added bank accounts can be promptly assigned to any pending payment for quick transactions.
