Sam Kemp Chief Financial Officer

Sam Kemp is Chief Financial Officer at Built, bringing a wealth of experience in finance, equity investment research, investor relations, strategy, operations and M&A. As Built’s CFO, Sam leads the company’s Finance, Accounting, and Analytics functions. He previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at GoDaddy where he was responsible for leading the company’s strategic vision and played a pivotal role in reshaping GoDaddy’s business.

Sam’s passion for aligning strategy with financial goals has enabled him to consistently deliver value creation by rallying teams around strategic goals and connecting strategy to execution. Throughout his career, he has been a sought-after advisor by public and private investors, management teams and industry experts based on his deep technology-sector expertise and thorough research capabilities. Sam is a graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance.
