Bob Van Nortwick CRO

As Built’s Chief Revenue Officer, Bob Van Nortwick obsesses over customers–continuously working on new and innovative ways to provide value throughout the property lifecycle. His teams allow Built customers to realize operating efficiencies, manage risk more effectively, streamline how they work with their construction and real estate project partners, and expand into new markets and lines of business.

Before joining Built, Bob spent more than ten years at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the Global General Manager and Director of the AWS Startups team. In this role, he was responsible for all of AWS’ more than 100,000 startup customers globally and building relationships with venture capitalists, accelerators, incubators, and universities. Bob also co-founded Square 1 Bank and held long-term executive positions at Comerica Bank and Bank of America. Over his extensive 30+ year career, Bob has developed a deep understanding of the startup and investing ecosystems, cloud computing, and other enabling technologies and platforms.
