CLA+ Spring ’26 Release: New Features for Construction Lenders

Here’s What Changed in CLA+ This Spring.
The CLA+ Spring ’26 release is here, bringing faster draws, smarter workflows, and better visibility across the portfolio. This quarter’s updates include a Loan Maturity and Prepayment Dashboard, Marketplace Search and Discovery, and a set of AI-powered draw administration improvements — all designed to help lending teams move faster and do more with less manual effort.
Release Highlights
Loan Maturity and Prepayment Dashboard
Loan administrators tracking maturities across a large portfolio without a centralized view are one missed deadline away from a borrower relationship problem. The Loan Maturity and Prepayment Dashboard centralizes key funding source data to give construction lenders real-time visibility into maturity timing, extension activity, and prepayment eligibility across the portfolio. Parent funding sources and allocations are structured to prevent double-counting, and upcoming maturities, rollover risk, and refinance exposure surface automatically without manual reconciliation.
Due Diligence Services Search and Discovery
Sourcing inspection and due diligence vendors today means digging through email threads and shared spreadsheets, with no consistent way to compare options or track who you’ve approved. Marketplace Search and Discovery lets lenders filter vendors by service type and coverage area, review complete vendor profiles including sample work and coverage details, and save preferred vendors to a reusable catalog. A shared catalog of approved vendors standardizes selection across teams and cuts repeat sourcing effort on every new order.
Also Released
Edit Funding Sources Outside Budget Modifications
Small administrative errors on a locked capital stack no longer require a full modification workflow. Lenders can now edit select funding source fields directly from the capital stack or the deal side panel, so corrections happen in seconds without disrupting in-progress work or triggering approval delays. Clear Transaction Posting and History
The revamped Transactions experience aligns posting logic with standard accounting conventions and presents transaction data across three expandable levels — deal, funding source, and allocation — with full export capability. Teams get a more accurate, auditable transaction record without changing how they post. Learn More.
Eligibility of Sources and Uses Enhancements
For draws where funding isn’t pro-rata, administrators can now edit funding amounts directly from the Eligibility view, removing the need to navigate away or rebuild a draw to correct a single allocation. Learn More.
Save Unbalanced Draws
Draw administrators can now save an in-progress draw without balancing Sources and Uses first, step away, and resume without losing work. Sources and Uses must still be balanced before the draw moves forward. Learn More.
